Maxwill Sports is proud to welcome Eric Thorel, a globally respected racquet sports expert, as the newest addition to our growing team. With over 30 years of international coaching and leadership experience, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge, vision, and energy to elevate pickleball coaching standards across China.

Throughout his distinguished career, Eric has held senior roles at elite clubs and five-star resorts around the world, including Four Seasons Resort Nevis, The American Club Hong Kong, and Tokyo Lawn Tennis Club. His expertise spans coach education, program development, and player mentoring, with success guiding everyone from beginners to high-performance athletes.

In 2023, Eric was named PBI Racquet Professional of the Year, joining a long list of awards and accolades earned over decades of excellence. He is multilingual and has led educational workshops for global institutions such as the French Tennis Federation, Singapore Coaches Registry, and more.
