• All returns and exchanges must be initiated within a specified time window from the delivery date. Detailed return instructions are included in your order confirmation and with your shipment.
• Products returned due to shipping damage or errors caused by Maxwill Sports may qualify for free return shipping. Customers must provide photographic evidence of any damages or incorrect items received.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will begin the refund process. Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on customer preference and the reason for return.

Responsibility for return shipping costs will be determined based on the specific circumstances and in accordance with our return policy guidelines.

Changes and Cancellations

Order Amendments

If you need to change your shipping address or update delivery instructions, please contact our customer support team immediately. Changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched. Once an order is in the shipping process, amendments may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested before the order enters processing. If your order is already being processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In this case, we recommend accepting the shipment and initiating a return through our standard return process.
